You will need to use these PDF documents to apply by either e-mail or by mailing a hard copy. To do so, simply open the Class 41 Application PDF document in Adobe Reader, fill it out, save to your computer as necessary, and then e-mail it as an attachment to applications@agleaders.org or print out a hard copy to mail to the address indicated on the application. Once your application has been submitted, please have your Spouse/Life Partner, Employer, and four References follow the same steps for the corresponding PDF documents below.
Please Note: You must have a current version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view and save changes to these documents. If you have problems opening these documents or find you cannot save your work (it is recommended you perform an early test saving the document to avoid losing work), you probably don't have a current version of Adobe Reader installed.
