Paul is a relationship manager for Pacific Valley Bank, located in Salinas, CA. The bank was established in September 2006. Currently, there are two branch locations, both located in Salinas, with a third branch opening in King City within the next few months. Paul is responsible for maintaining the accounts of existing clients while developing new business for the Bank.

Paul was raised in a farming family in California's Salinas Valley. He is a graduate of Palma High School and UC Santa Barbara, where he earned a BA in Communication. Prior to joining Pacific Valley Bank, Paul worked at Community Bank in Salinas, CA where he was trained to be a loan officer with an emphasis in Agricultural lending.

Paul takes an active leadership role in his community. He serves as a Director for Ag Against Hunger, the Salinas Jaycees and the Central Coast Young Farmers & Ranchers. He sits on the Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital Foundation's sponsorship committee and volunteers for Monterey County Ag Education. He is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Salinas and is eager to begin the California Ag Leadership Program.

Paul and his wife, Iana, live in Salinas. They were married this past November in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Iana was born and raised in Bulgaria. She immigrated to California in 1994 and became a US citizen in 2003. She is currently enrolled in Hartnell's nursing program and works at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.
