Stephen is a fourth generation dairy farmer whose facility is located in Riverdale. As managing partner, he oversees all financial, production and human resource decisions for the operation. Upon taking over the family business, Stephen successfully transformed the dairy from an open lot facility into a larger modern freestall facility. In addition, he also grows wheat, corn and alfalfa for feed.

In his spare time, Stephen is involved in NISEI Farmers League, West United Dairyman, Fresno County Farm Bureau, and Alpha Gamma Rho. In addition, he is an active sponsor of 4-H and Future Farmers of America, and has provided tours of his facility to inner-city school children from neighboring communities.

Stephen graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Dairy Science and received his MBA from California State University, Fresno in 1992.

Stephen and wife, Sandy, live on the dairy farm in Riverdale. They have three adult children, Ryan, James and Jodilyn.
