To all who attended the Annual Conference in Sacramento on Nov. 6 and 7, a huge and heartfelt "thanks for your support." I met and talked to many of you, and your welcoming comments and offers of support were most appreciated. As " the new guy," I have much to learn and many, many more people to meet, so my work has just begun. I look forward to meeting many more of you soon. To the conference committee and all the volunteers who made it happen (and especially to Deanna van Klaveren): great job, for a great conference!
-Bob Gray

Photos and a detailed summary about the conference and inaugural will appear in the upcoming issue of Horizons.

If you attended the Annual Conference and haven't done so yet, please take the time today and complete the attendee survey.  It is important that we receive your feedback so we may begin planning for future conferences - ATTENDEE SURVEY
If you didn't attend this year's Annual Conference and would like to tell us why, please take non-attendee survey - NON ATTENDEE SURVEY

golfProgram Update: Leadership Lessons
Words such as communicator, patient, compassionate, empowering, inspirational, and   passionate represent some of the leadership styles that Class 40 fellows want to work  on in the next two years. These terms surfaced as the fellows worked with Grace Flannery, during their inaugural seminar, in search of the heroes in their lives. If you are not sure where to take your leadership journey, find time to reflect on whom you hold as a hero in your life. Like with Class 40 fellows, this exercise will provide you with an opportunity to reflect on the characteristics of leadership that you value or would hope to emulate.
-Charlie Crabb
Ag Leadership Survey: Your Participation is Critical
In early December, a "stakeholder survey" will be circulated to alumni, friends and other individuals. The survey will ask for feedback and direction for the Foundation and its activities, now and in the future. It will take only about 15 minutes to complete (either on-line or paper format). EVERYONE'S INPUT IS CRITICAL, so please take the time to give counsel and guidance. Thank you.
