bobMessage from Bob Gray
I want to personally thank everyone who has contributed their time or their treasure to Ag Leadership this year. Time is becoming ever more precious - at home and at work - and those who volunteer their time, their energy, and their "touch" to events and activities are not always properly and fully appreciated. I want you to know that I sincerely appreciate what you have done more than I can express in words, and I offer this great big thank you not just from myself, but also on behalf of the board of directors and the Fellows Council. The blessings of the season to you all, and may 2010 be a year to remember.

It is all about me...

At the first seminar in San Luis Obispo Fellows begin to deepen their understanding of39 themselves.  This includes being introduced to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).  Understanding your preferential behavior is important in order to understand how to focus your leadership energy.  If you need a refresher on your MBTI you might want to visit David Keirsey's web site, www.keirsey.com.  As Dr. Flores points out, the MBTI is your preferred behavior, but as a leader, adapting to the situation you find yourself in is an important skill.

Ag Leadership Survey: Your Participation is Critical

A stakeholder survey was recently distributed to alumni, friends and other individuals. The survey asked for feedback and direction for the Foundation and its activities. If you haven't done so already, please complete the survey (it should take about 15 minutes). Your input is extremely valuable to the future of Ag Leadership. Thank you.
