Common Threads is an annual award coordinated cooperatively by California Agricultural Leadership Foundation, California Women in Agriculture, the California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom, Center for Land-Based Learning, nine county Farm Bureaus, several resource conservation districts, California State University, Chico, and the University of California, Davis.

All recipients have deep roots in agriculture, and each has demonstrated a history of service to agriculture and her community through volunteerism and philanthropy.

Common Threads North recognizes outstanding women in the following counties:

Alpine, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Lake, Monterey, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Sierra, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba.

2022 Dinner

The awards dinner honoring the 2020 and 2022 award recipients will be held April 6, 2022 at Butte Creek Country Club in Chico. Past recipients, families and friends, industry guests, and supporters are encouraged to attend.
