Alumni frequently say that the California Agricultural Leadership Program is a life-changing experience that impacts all parts of their lives.

Since the program was first delivered in 1970, more than 1,400 men and women have participated in Ag Leadership and have become influential leaders and active volunteers in agriculture, communities, business and education. This powerful alumni community serves to help keep agriculture a viable and important part of the state's economy.
