Don is General Manager of Terranova Ranch which is in Raisin City Water District and farms 25 different crops. Raisin City Water District has no surface water rights. They only pump groundwater. Don has been a pioneer in groundwater recharge projects on his farm in Fresno County. He has been chairman of the California Tomato Growers Assn., California Cotton Alliance, director of Western Growers Assn., Raisin City Water District and Chairman for the McMullin Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency.
