Jerry Brown P.E.

Executive Director for the Sites Reservoir Project

Mr. Brown brings 40 years of expertise in urban water systems, founding Waterology Consulting in 2020. As Executive Director for the Sites Reservoir Project, he leads a diverse team in developing this critical infrastructure. Previously, he was General Manager of Contra Costa Water District for nearly a decade. Mr. Brown holds degrees in Mechanical and Civil Engineering, as well as an MBA, and is a registered engineer in California.
