Eisenhower and USS John F. Kennedy. During his Navy career, he flew combat missions over Libya, Iraq, and Bosnia. His awards include two Legions of Merit, the Distinguished Flying Cross with Combat Valor, several Air Medals, and other individual and unit awards. His final military assignment was in the Pentagon on the staff of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, coordinating strategic military planning and policy development. Today he is a sought-after leadership consultant and keynote speaker who teaches leaders how to build high-trust cultures, drive strategic clarity, and unlock peak personal performance.
