This Lifelong Leadership Learning (L4) workshop equips leaders with essential strategies to effectively manage and lead through change. Participants will learn practical tools to foster adaptability, communicate effectively, and build resilience in their teams, enabling them to turn workplace challenges into opportunities for growth and innovation in a dynamic environment. The L4 event will include a general and two breakout sessions to maximize this unique leadership development opportunity. This event is open to Ag Leadership alums, fellows, and industry friends.
