Learn along with Class 55! May 01, 2026 By awadmin Share: Welcome to our First Friday Blog! This is a new series that complements our virtual First Fridays held the last month of the quarter – June, September, December, and March. On the First Friday of each off month, we’ll share resources connected to the upcoming virtual First Friday so you can explore the topic in advance. For our virtual June First Friday, we will be following along as Class 55 fellows continue their leadership development through a series of guided exercises and workbooks designed to keep the learning going during the summer break. One of the key focus areas this summer is the power of habits. This learning explores the idea that lasting self-improvement comes from small, consistent behavioral changes repeated over time. By focusing on systems and identity rather than goals alone, these practices help turn everyday actions into long-term personal and professional growth. Fellows will gain practical tools for building positive habits and breaking those that no longer serve them. As Alumni, you will have an opportunity to get a taste of what the fellows are learning through our virtual First Friday session on June 5, where we’ll be joined by Nessie Early, Ph.D. Dr. Early will lead a short seminar on the importance of habits and how to create meaningful, lasting changes in daily routines. Register here for the June First Friday!
